Together, Johannes and his group set the stage on fire as they let loose a fiesta of Afro-Cuban percussion and Spanish guitar magic. The group consists of congas, accordion, bass and Spanish guitars, creating a rare on-stage chemistry that moves audiences to their feet, clapping along with the music and occasionally shouting out “ole!”

Maggie's Wake has an original roots sound, blending traditional folk, jazz, Canadiana and classic country, enhanced by Celtic instrumentation. They are passionate about bringing the rich history of this music to life in a way that honours its history while also being wholly original.

Jim Witter stars on piano and lead vocals together with his incredible band for a fun and nostalgic trip back to the 1970s and 80s, featuring the music of Billy Joel and Elton John.
